COVID-19
As you all know the COVID-19 has effected people’s daily life and caused schools, work, stores, etc. to close down. To stop the spread of the virus you should practice social distancing and wash your hand regularly.
If you are like me, you are probably wondering what to do with all this free time on your hands. Here are some ideas of what to do!
- Bake
- Try new recipes or have a bake off with you siblings
- I am usually not the baking typ, but recently I have been baking a lot and leaned that I like it
- Relax
- It’s ok to have a day where you do nothing
- Take a day to yourself do a face mask and watch TV
- Organize your room
- Play your favorite music and start cleaning your room!
- Get rid of any trash or clothes you don’t wear anymore
- You will like your room a lot more when it’s nice and neat
- Art and crafts
- Paint or draw
- Have fun being creative
- Workout
- You can still workout in your house
- Look up workouts to do at home and find a routine you enjoy
- Do something you have been putting aside
- Now is a good time to do any work that you have been avoiding to do
- You will feel so much better once that is out of your way
- Do something you always wanted to do
- If you always wanted to try something but never had the time, now it a perfect time to do it (Still inside your home)
- Find a good book to read
- Teach your dog new tricks
- Go outside to your backyard
- Things to keep in mind to stay healthy
- Get enough sleep
- Eat healthy
- Wash hands
- Keep exercising
- Don’t stress
- Practice good hygiene
- Don’t travel or plan to meet up with friends
