Earth day
Earth Day is on April 22nd and it is a day to celebrate what earth does for us and focus on what we could do to help it.
What to do?
- To spread the word you can create an art project.
- Make an animal out of trash
- Paint something that sends a strong message
- You can hang this up in school or a public place
- Also, you can go for a walk and pick up trash.
- Gather a group of friends and bring gloves and a trash bag
- See how much you collect and where you find it.
- Also, you can make a challenge for yourself
- Give up one thing (or more) like plastic straws, forks, cups, shopping online, etc.
- Keep this promise till next Earth Day or forever!
- Also, fill your day with outdoor activities
- Go for a hike in the beautiful mountains
- Bike on your local bike path
- Walk to nearby places instead of driving
- Join a march and activities taking place in your town or school
